That is correct. The reason that users are unable to
authenticate to the web edition of OnTime is because the actual web server is
not part of the domain that the users are on which means that the application doesn’t
know where to authenticate the user. The only way to resolve this issue from my

Looking at the last screenshot that you have sent us, it seems that the login prompt is asking you to authenticate to an alternative domain realm called; xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.
