I've tried everything suggested and I can not for the life of me get notification or alerts to work. I'm going back to square one to ask this: Since I am using the single-user (and free) version of OnTime, am I even able to add Notifications and/or alerts?

I notice you have an odd mix of office 2003 themes and windows xp themes in the windows client.As an example, the toolbars have the office 2003 blue....but the main Tabs...are in the standard windows XP theme white with the orange ''mouse hover'' highlight fo rthe top 2 or 3 pixels.
