When one of our operators closes the operator window, without logging off, they can no longer login with the same name, nor can they logoff. This creates a problem because company procedure requires that they use their first and last name.  How can I force a logoff of an operator?

As an operator I would love to have a console application running on my local machine rather than having to have a webpage open in order to be ''online''.  I could minimize the app to the system tray and get a notification when a support request comes in.
