I have copied files to my server and i have a license key file.  I just not sure what to do next.  Install notes are not clear to me. I need help setting up on my server from beginning to end.    sorry if this seems silly but im a newby with setting up chat.  thanks for any help

I had everything set correctly, too.  I have no idea what it was, but these are the steps I followed to fix it: 1. Completely Delete the subweb from IIS 2.
