we moved most fo our bugs via the multieditfeature to another subproject. After that, all the statusinformation is gone.
The workflowstep is reset to open, the percent commplete is from whereever to 0, and so on.
how can this happen? How can we reset this to the last values? This is very urgent!Ontime Version 6.1.2.6397

The menu for Multi-Edit for custom picklists doesn't use the same order as in the drop downs you get when editing. This also applies for dependent picklists which are dependant on another picklist.
There may be other cases when this order is not used (e.g. when sorting - but this probably happens because a custom picklist is a ''text'' field in ...

The OnTime application was not originally designed to
automatically check and associate new items with the customer portal users.
This has been submitted to our customer feedback section as a possible feature enhancement
of the OnTime application in the near future.

I know this has come up before, but the single largest inhibitor to productibity comes in not providing a way to prompt for required fields, or make bulk changes (multi-edit) to *any* field.
