    I've been experiencing intollerable slowness in both the Windows client and the Web client using version 7.1.1.7329. Here are some timings: Click on any project in the project tree:  19-30 seconds. Double-click a feature, defect, or task:  19-25 seconds.     We have been evaluating OnTime  over the past several days, we like a lot of the features but one thing seems to be holding us back. There does not seem to be any available means to store any customer information other than name and email.   When we take support calls, we like to know more about the customer than just their name.
