    To convert a hosted database to an installed, you need to contact sales.  After you purchase an OnTime installed version, sales can arrange for you to retrieve your hosted database.  Since this is currently a manual process, it's only done after the purchase of an installed version.

    I signed up for a free hosted account to test onTime and when I was prompted for company name, I provided a ficticious name.
