Hi Just wondering why my report  ''Incidents Details by current Filter'' is missing information when I generate it. The missing fields ie description has data in it and yet does not appear in the report.

Hello, The OnTime 2007 web client does not have OnTime Report Designer. The Report Designer is only available within the OnTime 2007 windows edition of the software.   Thank you,
