I am having a bit of an issue with the OnTime web. We use Windows authenticaion to do our logins and that works just fine.
If we bring up the login.aspx page then it logs us in just fine. But if we go to any other page (Like default.aspx) we get an error message stating ''Object reference not set to an instance of an ...

I am a contractor working with a client using OnTime 2004 Web Edition.
For tracking certain metrics, I cut-and-paste the Defects list into Excel and generate PivotTable Charts. Because of the way the cut-and-paste technique is working*, this is very time consuming, taking over 30 minutes for less than 300 Defects to be pasted into an ...

I followed the instructions in the <a href=''http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/12448.aspx''>FAQ</a>, however IIS simply responded as all websites with ASP.Net being 404.
It appears that you must also enable ''ASP.Net v2.0.50727 (32-bit)'' if it is Prohibited under the Web Service Extensions in IIS Manager.

I would really like to search for a specific workflowstep without having to set up a filter. Can you tell me why some fields (such as workflow step, assigned to etc.) are not available... or is it my issue as in a setup problem ? I note that an Ontime response to an earlier post ...

We have not encountered this particular problem before with the OnTime 2007 web client. This is something that we will need to troubleshoot remotely over gotomeeting to determine the root cause to this issue.
Thank you,

So should I assume the answer is no?

By following the steps that you have specified, it seems to be working just fine on my end. I am not getting the login prompt to authenticate to our local domain. Can you please send us a screenshot of the users authentication settings within OnTime as well as a quick screenshot of the OnTime 2007 web virtual directory > Directory Security ...
