    I've been experiencing intollerable slowness in both the Windows client and the Web client using version 7.1.1.7329. Here are some timings: Click on any project in the project tree:  19-30 seconds. Double-click a feature, defect, or task:  19-25 seconds.     That is correct. The OnTime 2007 Web client works with .Net Framework 2.0. Please make sure that the ASP.Net tab for the virtual directory of OnTime 2007 web is set to use the .net 2.0 version. Thank you,
