  • Re: Incidents Submission problem

    Tim,  Thank you for bringing this to our attention -- we have identified that this is in fact a defect -- This defect only affects the new SSO functionality within Customer Portal.  A temporary Work-around for this, is to edit SSO Contacts and check the ''Allow View Own'' options for Defects, Features and Incidents. Thank you,
