Unless I'm missing something, the documentation in Support --> Document Center hasn't been updated to reflect the recent changes that were made in 7.0.2. Can you link me to the correct document?

Please make sure that you are working with a supported browser of the OnTime 2007 application. The current supported browsers are IE7 and Firefox 1.5 or higher.

Problem:
After entering the users email address and password to the
OnTime 2007 Customer portal, the login page gets refreshed and the user doesn’t

Tim, Thank you for bringing this to our attention -- we have identified that this is in fact a defect -- This defect only affects the new SSO functionality within Customer Portal. A temporary Work-around for this, is to edit SSO Contacts and check the ''Allow View Own'' options for Defects, Features and Incidents.
