Sourcegear has updated the Vault client to 4.0.2, which fixed the issue that existed previously that had caused the Vault SCM plugin to stop working in OnTime. If you are using OnTime 7.1.1, you should be able to upgrade your Vault Client to 4.0.2 and the SCM plugin should work for you. Thanks! Jonas
