I think you should be able to set the “CreatedByID” value to the proper user instead of administrator and that should do the trick as far as I can tell. To locate the user ID’s you can look at the “Users” table under the “UserId” column in the OnTime database which will give you the correct ID for the desired user in the database. 

I wonder if anyone has some example code to create an incident using the SDK. I've been able to read everything and create defects and features but I have had no luck with creating incidents. I get a very long message about a mal-formed XML documents from the web service. I'm sure I'm just missing something simple.    Thanks in advance
