Unless I'm missing something, the documentation in Support --> Document Center hasn't been updated to reflect the recent changes that were made in 7.0.2.  Can you link me to the correct document? Thanks! Jamie

Tim,  Thank you for bringing this to our attention -- we have identified that this is in fact a defect -- This defect only affects the new SSO functionality within Customer Portal.  A temporary Work-around for this, is to edit SSO Contacts and check the ''Allow View Own'' options for Defects, Features and Incidents.
