Hi,
I would really like to prevent customers from seeing closed/resolved items. I've read http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/13204.aspx but am having no joy.
I've got a defect marked as resolved. And I've set up the customer to see all my non-closed defects.
Using public bugs to allow for filtering out closed means that ...

We are currently using version 8.0.2.7604. I wasn't able to find this is the forums, so if it has been discussed point me to the right area.
We have been wanting to link a logged in Customer portal user's company name from the customer portal to a custom field we created for customers since we started using ontime. Currently when a customer ...

In the past few days, we have seen an issue where a single email to our support account will create multiple Incident tickets....sometimes as many as 10. Its as though the mail is not being deleted from the server when the ticket is created and so OnTime generates another and another until finally it is deleted.
We are running version OnTime ...

Thanks for the reply.
I want to be able to show some columns but remove the filters for those columns. I also want to change the default behavior of some of the filters. For example the date needed filter looks backwards instead of forwards. I would like to filter date needed by the next 30 days instead of the last ...

Is there any way to change the filters that show up on the customer portal?
Thanks,

If we have X customers in our DB, and want to allow any of them to authenticate against that DB, do we need X Ontime customer portal licences to match ?

I am a OnTime 2006 user I am considering upgrading to 2008 I particularly like the new Wiki.
Is there a way to view / search your Wiki from the customer portal ?
I'm thinking of using the Wiki as a knowledge base, a first stop for any issues Clients find before raising them in OnTime.

We were using the alternate DLL for version 2007 that allowed external authentication to work in customer portal. We are testing OnTime 2008, and we can connect, but we are not seeing any data. It looks the same as it did before we applied the 2007 DLL. Do we need a 2008 version of this DLL?

When a customer clicks the Edit icon (in both the defects & features) they receive the following error:
''Culture 'en' is a neutral culture. It cannot be used in formatting and parsing and therefore cannot be set as the thread's current culture.''
Other than the menus at the top of the screen, no other information is shown. Customer ...

Hello,
The way the Customer Portal external authentication works (assuming you're not using the integrated mode), is by posting the credentials that the user enters on the login control in Customer Portal to a page specified in the Customer Portal Settings in OnTime. It is the responsibility of that page to validate the credentials, set a cookie ...

If you are having issues getting the external authentication/integrated customer portal to work, it may be because of a security permissions issue in the current version of OnTime (7.1.2). Attached to this post is an updated version of the Customer Portal .dll that may resolve this specific issue. Unzip the attached file, and replace your existing ...

Is there a way to expose a report or enable exporting of the view of defects/features/incidents presented to customers via the Customer Portal?

The OnTime Customer Portal has been one of the most successful OnTime add-ons we've ever released. Customers love the ability to use the Customer Portal to keep external users involved and informed about the defects, features and incidents that they track in the OnTime system. With the new Customer Portal features released in OnTime ...

We've just purchased and installed OnTime, and it went online today. About 15 customers have registered, but only 5 were automatically approved. The status of the other 10 are ''New'', and apparently they cannot log in until their status is changed manually.
The ''Allow customers to self register'' option is checked, and there does not appear ...
