Recently we have noticed that when users are upgrading their

My company uses Lotus Notes with Domino's for email and it's my understanding that OnTime does not support Notes. But I thought I could get it to work with my gmail account, but it isn't. I have shown the steps I used to allow POP3 access for exchange - this is the only way I know of doing this at the moment - most of the stuff is related to configuring exchange.

Have you properly associated the correct project in your pop3 email settings
section for the inbox that you are checking? Please verify that the default
project is selected for the emails that are being imported under the “Default Values”
tab. Do the emails get imported when selecting the desired pop3 email account
from the email accounts ...
