I have two questions.  1.  We are not receiving email notifications when new Bugs are created using the Customer Portal.  I receive an email; however, the other coworkers that should receive the email notification are not.  I went to Bugs/Defects> Manage Workflows> Defects Workflow> Defect Found, and then I have ...

  • What is the delay built into OnTime Web Services for email polling

We are having issues with the webservices timing out at times. Does anyone have any idea as to what is the time out setting to this service? and if it is possible to lengthen that time. We currently run the application in Australia the DB on one box and the web on another with the email server in Miami. At times one of the email accounts time out ...

  • Re: Emails for Incidents not Working

Hello Ed, Since you have already configured your email account within the OnTime application, please be sure to stop and start the OnTime Email service which should address this problem for you. The check-in interval should start automatically right after you restart the email service.   Thank you,

  • Email Service - gmail, inbox.com don't work

I'm trying to set up a free POP3 account somewhere (anywhere) and get OnTime 7.1 to work with it.  I've tried GMail and inbox.com, and can't get either to work.  I can download messages fine into Outlook Express from the same server where the Email Services are running, but GMail simply won't connect (requires SSL I think and isn't an ...

  • Email setup problem

My company uses Lotus Notes with Domino's for email and it's my understanding that OnTime does not support Notes. But I thought I could get it to work with my gmail account, but it isn't.  I've installed OnTime 7.1.1.7329, and the corresponding services package for email support, but I can't seem to get it going.  I've visited the Email ...

  • Re: Configuring the email accounts on MS Exchange Server

I have shown the steps I used to allow POP3 access for exchange - this is the only way I know of doing this at the moment - most of the stuff is related to configuring exchange. http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/11217.aspx

  • Re: Problem getting emails

Have you properly associated the correct project in your pop3 email settings section for the inbox that you are checking? Please verify that the default project is selected for the emails that are being imported under the “Default Values” tab. Do the emails get imported when selecting the desired pop3 email account from the email accounts ...

  • Re: Email accounts don't change checking time straight way

Hello, My development team has sent me the following SQL query that you can run against the OnTime database to resolve the time interval issue with the email service controller. We were able to replicate this issue early this morning on our local installed instances of the email service controller. Please be sure to run the following attached SQL ...
