  • email notifications take hours to arrive

    When using the Alerts in OnTime 8.0.1 we are receiving the alert emails up to 31 hours later.  I have the use the email queue setup to 3, and this may be why we are receiving multiple emails to one user, I will test that setting, but does anyone know why the email alerts would be taking so long to arrive?    Thanks for the help.

    Thanks for the ehlp again Tom.  I did some testing, and found if the pop3 service is turned on, and basic authentication is turned on for the pop3 service on the exchange server, the email aspect will work correctly. I do have screen shots of this, and can send them to you if you could post them on here for any other admins that may be ...

    I am attempting to integrate the email function of ontime.  When I add a new email account, and test the settings, it asks me for a pop3 server.
