    If you are able to log in with another admin account try to reset the user's settings to defaults. To reset user settings to default: 1. Log in with admin privileges2. Go to Tools => Manage => Users3. Highlight the user you wish to reset4. Click reset user's settings to defaults Click to enlarge

    I think the problem that you are experiencing has to do with a few SQL express configuration settings that you would need to configure before attempting to use the OnTime windows client. We have noticed that remote SQL connections must be enabled for the SQL Express instance in order for the OnTime application to properly connect to the SQL ...
