    Hi Dragan,  can you advise for what other reasons a Task, checked as 'Public' is not visible by another user (administrative authority).  (I have emailed you a screenshot showing the relevant task). The task *is* visible via a 3rd user who has only developer authority. thanks Lynn

    In order for other users such as developers to see other user’s tasks in the application, the actual task must be set to be publicly viewable by the end users of OnTime. Check marking the option called ''Task is Public'' in the edit item window of the task will allow other users to see the actual items under that Tasks tab.  Thank ...
