  • There was an error processing the request.

If I leave OnTime for 15 or 20 minutes I'll start getting this message ''There was an error processing the request''.  The only thing I can do is shut down the window and restart.  I am using the web app for this.  Any suggestions?

  • Re: Web performance question

By default the application pool is configured to recycle after a 20 minute period. Our development team recommends that the application pool timeout should actually be set to 60 minutes instead for the OnTime 2007 web ...
