    If you are able to log in with another admin account try to reset the user's settings to defaults. To reset user settings to default: 1. Log in with admin privileges2.     Debbie, it's never been the case that it's hard to upgrade.  It's very easy.  Just download the newest version and run the setup.  The next time you run OnTime, it'll upgrade your database. There is some coordination between users needed for upgrades as everyone has to run the same version, but it's very easy to do the upgrade on ...
