I've been experiencing intollerable slowness in both the Windows client and the Web client using version 7.1.1.7329. Here are some timings: Click on any project in the project tree:  19-30 seconds. I notice you have an odd mix of office 2003 themes and windows xp themes in the windows client.As an example, the toolbars have the office 2003 blue....but the main Tabs...are in the standard windows XP theme white with the orange ''mouse hover'' highlight fo rthe top 2 or 3 pixels.
